Julia Winter

Julia joined our estate planning practice after a long history in corporate law and civil litigation.  Julia is focused on helping clients carry out their intention with respect to the management of their estate and, most importantly, giving clients the peace of mind that comes with estate planning.   

Kristi Radosevich

Kristi worked for the Cheyenne firm of Hickey & Evans, LLP, practicing mainly in administrative law, civil litigation, probate and estate planning.  Kristi welcomes the change in practice to full-time estate planning.She focuses on the personal, flexible advice that is our firm's great strength.

Theodore Preston

Ted Preston Has an advanced degree in tax law.  He focuses on tax considerations to assist his clients to reduce or eliminate the burden of estate and gift taxation, and to minimize current and future income taxes for clients and their families. He regularly helps families with estate, trust and business succession planning.

Martha Karnopp

Martha Karnopp is the firm's founder. She has assisted Denver-area clients to plan ahead for legal and practical issues surrounding aging, death and probate for 27 years.  While Martha is nearing retirement, and is not taking new clients, she regularly shares her wealth of experience with her law partners.
